The approach
The structure behind the experience.
The work covered the public website, B2B and B2C journeys, positioning, service architecture, cost and margin calculators and lead funnels. It also explored the structure of a private import platform for sourcing, verification, documentation, customs and logistics.

What this case shows
What this case shows
The case shows how a complex service can be organised into clear public journeys and a proposed operational model. It is relevant to lead-flow design; it is not evidence of a live LeadOps deployment.
Scope & attribution
The private import platform is a concept. A completed CRM, automated messaging, production SaaS or operational AI deployment is not claimed.
