CLOUD COORDINATION

Nobu.Your tools.One coordinated workflow.

With Nobu, we design cloud coordination between your tools and specialised agents. We assign clear responsibilities and bring important decisions to your team. KIURO agrees the workflow with you and implements feasible connections.

01 / Where the work starts

A starting point for your team.

01Gather what a quote needs

We define checks against the agreed sources and how the workflow flags missing information before a proposal is prepared.

Illustrative example: a request needs a product reference, availability and delivery city; the workflow asks for the missing detail before preparing a draft.

02Give each agent a defined task

We separate responsibilities, such as checking a reference or reviewing a commercial term, and define how the results pass to the next step.

Illustrative example: one agent checks the catalogue reference while another flags a commercial term for human review.

03Bring exceptions to a decision maker

We design approval steps for cases your team needs to review, with context and someone responsible for continuing the work.

Illustrative example: a discount outside the agreed rule keeps the quote in draft until a person decides.

02 / THE WORKFLOW

From a request to a draft.

  1. 01

    Receive the context

In this illustrative workflow, a quote request arrives from an authorised source and keeps a reference throughout the process.

  2. 02

    Coordinate the checks

We define which tool or agent would check each detail. A missing delivery city calls for clarification rather than an assumption.

  3. 03

    Prepare and request approval

The intended result is a draft with the available checks and unresolved questions, ready for the person responsible to review.

Illustrative workflow. Sources, connections and approval rules are agreed for each implementation.

03 / THE AGREED SCOPE

Connections and decisions agreed with you

The workflow is implemented as a project scoped for your team. Before connecting the tools, we check feasibility against your systems, their interfaces and the access available.

WORKING TOGETHER

Nobu coordinates. Kibu brings the next step closer.

Kibu brings the workflow into the conversation around your tasks and priorities. In a combined project, we define how to present the context so you can review what needs your attention.

04 / Before we start

A few useful answers.

Can Nobu connect to our existing tools?

We first review the interfaces, integration options and permissions of the tools involved. Those findings let us propose feasible connections and the work required to implement them.

What is a specialised agent here?

It is a role dedicated to a defined task within the workflow. We specify its inputs, expected output and review process. Depending on the task, the implementation may use AI, defined rules or a combination of both.

Who approves the actions?

We agree that with your team before implementation: which actions require approval, who can give it and what should happen if it does not arrive. We also define how exceptions and uncertain information are handled.

WHERE DOES YOUR BUSINESS GET STUCK?

Which task moves between several tools today?

Tell us what starts the work, which systems take part and who makes the final decision. We define a concrete workflow with your business in Switzerland. Project conversations are available in English and Spanish.
