LOCAL ASSISTANCE
Kibu.Talk through your day.Clarify the next step.
We design Kibu as local assistance around the way you work: a conversation to organise tasks, prepare the next step and decide what needs your attention. We start with one concrete task and define the solution with you.

01 / Where the work starts
A starting point for your team.
01Plan the day with context
We structure the review around open tasks, missing information and the priorities you choose.
Illustrative example: review the notes you provide and prepare a list of priorities for your next meeting.
02Prepare a reply for review
We define how to work with the available information, flag questions and prepare a draft for you to check.
Illustrative example: a quote request has no delivery city; prepare a question to obtain that detail.
03Pick up a task with context
We bring together the materials and decisions you need to continue a task, using the sources you select for the project.
Illustrative example: bring together the documents you selected for a pending quote review and note the next step.
02 / THE WORKFLOW
From a request to a draft.
- 01
Explain the task
In this illustrative workflow, you provide a quote request and explain what you want to prepare.
- 02
Clarify the missing detail
The request does not include a delivery city. We plan a clarification step before a proposal is prepared.
- 03
Review the draft
With the agreed information, the intended result is a draft for your review. Preparing a proposal and sending it are separate steps.
Illustrative workflow. Sources, connections and approval rules are agreed for each implementation.
03 / THE AGREED SCOPE
Local assistance with an agreed scope
Each implementation is built to an agreed scope. Before starting, we check feasibility and agree the environment, sources, permissions and actions it should cover.
- Which parts run locally and which need external services.
- Which information it may use and under which permissions.
- Which outputs you review and which actions need your approval.

WORKING TOGETHER
Kibu talks it through. Nobu connects the work.
Nobu complements local assistance when a task involves several tools. We define how context passes between the steps and where your team takes part.

A few useful answers.
How do we put Kibu into practice?
We choose one everyday task, review its environment and information needs, and define the expected result. We then agree the scope, implement the configuration and test the workflow with your team before putting it into use.
Does local mean it works without internet access?
The local environment is part of the design we agree with you. Some functions may need a connection, models or external services. Before implementation, we define where information is processed and which dependencies apply.
How does Kibu differ from Nobu?
Kibu focuses on the conversation with you and preparation for daily work. Nobu coordinates tools and specialised tasks in the cloud. The project can combine both or start with the one that best fits your needs.
WHERE DOES YOUR BUSINESS GET STUCK?

Tell us what you need to prepare, which information you use and where you want to work. We review your needs and define an initial scope for your business in Switzerland. Project conversations are available in English and Spanish.
